At Viva’s, we’ve made it our mission to create with care. That starts with the materials we choose. Our bags are handcrafted from (mostly) vegetable-tanned leather, a natural and eco-friendlier alternative to chemically treated leather. This method uses plant-based tannins, which not only means less harm to the environment but also gives every bag a unique, organic finish that ages beautifully over time.

We choose leather not just for its elegance, but for its enduring quality. Unlike plastic-based materials that wear out or fall apart, a well-made leather bag can last for decades — reducing the need to replace, re-buy, and re-waste.

Crafted Close to Home

We’re proud to handcraft all our bags right here in Slovenia. We don’t mass-produce, and we don’t outsource overseas. By keeping production local, we dramatically cut down on transport emissions and support our community’s artisans — those who know how to slow down and shape something meaningful.

And when it comes to packaging? We keep it simple — no plastic, just thoughtfully chosen paper, because every little choice counts.
